About

Exceptional understanding to guide you through life's challenges

I am a lifelong resident of the Mohawk Valley.  I obtained my undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the State University at Albany.

I have many years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples.  My experience consists of treating patients with a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, as well as relationship concerns.

I am committed to providing you with the best counseling experience possible in a comfortable, non-judgmental setting.  Your success is my goal!

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery.  In our sessions, you will find the strength and courage necessary to transform your perspective and your behavior by gaining a positive viewpoint and adopting a new attitude and outlook.  Change is possible.

Helping people navigate through the most difficult times in their lives is a responsibility I take very seriously.
